Baramor: Tequila Dinner

Baramor and a tequila expert hosts a special event pairing five tequila drinks with a five course dinner.

Tequila Dinner Menu:

Course 1:  Cold Blooded
Toasted brioche, smoke cured salmon, lemon curd, pickled onions, sunflower seeds, parsley

Course 2: Olmeca Altos Plata
Hand-made tostada, shrimp ceviche, arugula, tomato, lime, cilantro, parsley

Course 3: Avion Reposado

 Scallops, plantain au gratin, bacon, tomato and fennel jam, sunflower seed dust

Course 4: Olmeca Altos Anejo
Hand-made tortillas, braised pork belly, grilled pineapple salsa, jerk aioli

Course 5: Avion 44
Chocolate cake, tequila caramel, roasted apple, whipped mascarpone, fresh plum
